The How to Relieve Stress Naturally program gets results quickly and sustains them because it changes your behavior and your response to stress at the moment that it’s happening. You learn how to “flip the switch” internally so that you become far less reactive to stressful events.
We can’t always change our life circumstances but we can change our reaction to them.
This program is different because once you learn to self-regulate your emotions you become empowered and not at the mercy of what life dishes out to you. Once you learn this no one can take it away from you.
The key to successfully changing your response to stress is consistent short practices done over time. Most people respond well to the extra support in order to stay on track. Together we are literally rewiring your brain’s neural pathways for new behavior outcomes.

I designed the How to Relieve Stress Naturally program for people who believe that deep down they have the power to change their lives for the better, but due to unrelenting stress, they have lost touch with their internal guidance. In the Accelerator track, we get right down to the business of stress relief by learning emotional self-regulation. I teach you the power of heart rhythm biofeedback training so that you know what it feels like to be in the flow of stress-free living.
The 40-Day Deep Dive track allows the time and space to uncover the root cause of your biggest stress challenges. We go beyond what the specific trigger event might have been and into the deeper recesses of the unconscious mind where we clear out the “garbage” that no longer serves you. We do this through the use of Heart Rhythm Biofeedback training, Kundalini yoga/meditation, Nutritionals, and Energy Medicine.

28-Day Small Group Sessions
Mandala means “sacred circle” in Sanskrit. As a group with the same objective, we form a safe container in which we learn the essential strategies of stress relief. We experience tapping into our heart centers and opening to the flow of calm. You will be able to experience and measure your progress.
In 28 days, you will learn the core program for stress relief. This course is designed for busy professionals who want stress relief, and have limited time. You will learn to effectively handle stress at the moment it’s happening by using proven stress-relieving tools, (4 30-minute live sessions via zoom).
This track is ideally suited for people who want an accelerated program to get down to the essentials of stress relief. This program is well suited to:

40-Day Small Group Sessions
Ananda means “bliss” in Sanskrit, and over the course of 40 days, you have the opportunity to merge into a blissful. As you learn to generate bliss from the inside out, you will have the tools and new habits to be able to return to bliss on demand.
In 40-days you will take a deep dive into stress relief, life purpose, and lifestyle practices. 40-days of continuous practice break negative habits that block you from your higher vibrational states, such feeling calm and centered. You will lay the foundation of a new life by breaking habits that block you from a life of flow and greater ease. In addition to what’s covered in the Mandala Option, you will learn Kundalini yoga technologies (i.e. breathwork and meditation) that have a direct effect on your nervous and hormonal systems.
In addition to learning the core stress relief program, you will learn your hidden sources of stress, how to remove emotional blockages, reclaim your energy, and rekindle your sense of purpose. This course exposes how stress underlies high-functioning anxiety and stress-induced depression–and what to do about it. You will benefit from group support and accountability. Prana is Sanskrit for “life-force energy,” and its natural home is at the Heart Center. Chronic unmanaged stress zaps your life force and you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and irritable (the list goes on and on). Anne will guide you so that you restore your pranic energy through a customized program where you choose the options most pertinent to your unique situation. Prana rides on the wave of the breath. You will learn to use the power of your breath to increase prana and change your stress level at the moment it’s happening. Customized techniques will be identified for you.
Private mentoring sessions with Anne is an ideal way to learn how to manage your stress in the privacy of your own home, office, or anywhere. Completely confidential, you will explore the obvious, and not so obvious, sources of stressors that impact your day to day life, and specific tools and techniques to help overcome them.
Together we assess your specific stress-induced challenges and I design a custom program to meet your needs. Whether you have just survived a heart attack and need to get stress under control (and the hidden factors contributing to it) or life has lost the meaning it once had, we will use heart rhythm biofeedback, select Kundalini yoga/meditations, nutritional support, and energy medicine as desired.

90-Day Small Group Sessions
Shakti (Kundalini Shakti) is the Divine Feminine force that resides in us all, both men and women. When She is out of balance within our mind-body, then the internal masculine goes into overdrive. The result is stress, high-functioning anxiety, and other stress-related conditions. Your nervous system (and much of your body) operates through positive and negative forces. One example is your nervous system (autonomic) which actually has two physical branches; masculine and feminine (fight/flight and rest/digest), which you will learn to rebalance.
The Shakti Option is an immersion and recovery program for people who want to establish a new habit in their conscious and subconscious minds. It will change you in a very deep way–the process is transformative.

Shanti means peace in Sanskrit and as you learn to self-regulate emotional responses to stress, you will find a sense of peace and well-being that was there all along. As the emotional blockages dissolve (caused by stress and fear) you will experience a new sense of peace. The Shanti Option is customizable based on your unique needs. You are the sole focus of the session.
The Shanti is for people who want to maintain privacy, need more personal attention, and want to customize modalities pertinent to their unique situations. Customized programs are targeted practices to individual challenges and include heart rhythm training, Kundalini yoga, and meditations specific to their needs.
