Discovering a New Myth to Live By
“If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.”
Gnostic Gospel of St. Thomas
I work with women who struggle with “high-functioning anxiety,” “cold depression” (both non-clinical conditions), and who experience a loss of meaning. Women clients who want to reconnect with their forgotten selves and remember the power of who they truly are.
What is a Psychedelic Coach?
Psychedelic coaches are professionals trained in the use of psychedelics (plant medicines) for “healthy normal” people who are looking for more meaning and zest in life. Areas of focus for my coaching clients include:
- Release your creativity into new directions
- Experience a renewed sense of purpose in your life
- Reconnect with your soul’s life mission
- Calm your high-functioning anxieties (you’re getting through your day–barely
- Elevate “cold depression” (a sense of numbness and just going through the motions)
- Improving your relationships as you gain new perspectives
Psychedelics reveal hidden patterns in your unconscious that point to areas of your life that need healing. During your work with psychedelics, you will likely receive archetypal images from psyche (or your Higher Self) that allow you to see your life experiences in new objective ways. You will learn what narratives you are living by, what stories you tell yourself, and how to create new and upgraded narratives for your life.
As a mythologist who uses archetypal psychology, and Kundalini yoga, I will guide you through the preparation and integration phases (post-ceremony) using a combination of tools including breath work, meditation, sacred chanting, yoga, sound healing, HeartMath coherence training, and archetypal image engagement. We will work together to customize what elements work best for you.
I am a firm believer that somatic work is a crucial component of psychedelic journeying as much trauma is held in the body. I love Kundalini yoga because many negative unconscious patterns can be released through bodywork–as the saying goes, “the issues are held in the tissues.” Somatic practices are an important complement to psychedelic work.
I also bring the practices of C. G. Jung into my work with people because Jung was a pioneer in bringing the conscious and unconscious portions of the psyche into a dialogue where they can rebalance. One overarching goal of the ceremony is to become more whole or in the words of C. G. Jung to individuate—becoming who you were truly meant to be. In other words, to expand into your full potential. The processing of the images will be done post-ceremony during the integration phase of psychedelic work.
Why Work with a Psychedelic Coach?
Psychedelics play a key role in human potential development and are a catalyst for personal development. Their combined neurological and psycho-spiritual effects rapidly transform lives every day. Imbibing psychedelics can either lead to a one-time experience or a life-changing transformation. The difference is the two is the knowledge and work you put in before and after the journey, be it microdosing, macrodosing, or a combination of both.
Your decision to work with psychedelics is an important one that requires dedicated preparation time and follow-up integration work. An important goal of psychedelic work is to integrate new perspectives into your daily life which can have a real impact on the quality of your work. Psychedelics are pattern interrupters and provide an opening for change.
Often family members and those close to you may have a hard time understanding what you are experiencing, even if they are supportive. As a psychedelic coach, I have participated in sacred plant ceremonies and have been trained to properly prepare people prior to imbuing sacred medicines and the integration work afterward.
I guide you through the deep work so you benefit from lasting transformation rather than just an experience that will fade with time.

Legality Matters
