As winter fades and spring awakens, nature reminds us of the power of renewal. In Ayurveda, this is Vasanta Ritu, the season of clearing out the heaviness of Kapha—the dosha associated with earth and water, stability and structure, but also stagnation and lethargy when in excess. Just as the earth sheds the dampness and density of winter, our bodies, minds, and spirits crave a similar release—letting go of what no longer serves us and making space for fresh energy. This March, we turn to Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and Ayurvedic wisdom to support our natural detoxification process, leaving us feeling lighter, clearer, and more vibrant.
Each week in this five-class series, we will explore different layers of cleansing—from physical detoxification through movement and breath to release mental and emotional toxins that weigh us down. We will work with kriyas designed to stimulate digestion, detoxify the liver, and clear stagnant energy, alongside meditations to support clarity and renewal. Drawing from ancient practices of purification and renewal, this series will help you align with the season’s energy, fostering balance and vitality.
Whether you are looking to boost energy, break free from old patterns, or simply step into spring with a sense of lightness and renewal, this series offers a powerful reset. Expect to move, sweat, breathe deeply, and emerge feeling refreshed, empowered, and ready for the season ahead. Join us in this journey of purification and rebirth, and let’s welcome spring with clarity, strength, and joy.
