This 75-minute live Kundalini Yoga class begins with a yogic breathing exercise (pranayam) designed to ease your stress and generate a sense of calm. Meditation to Alleviate Your Stress is a very effective breath meditation for releasing stress and filling you with calm balance and prana, the life force energy. Breathing is the first line of defense in reducing stress, anxiety, and stress-induced depression.
